I placed an order with Shakespeare's Den before Christmas and they sent me the wrong product, charged my credit card for the wrong product, and then they refused to respond to my e-mails and my phone messages to provide a resolution to their mistake.
Is this the kind of company with which you would want to do business???
They finally responded, weeks later, with excuses about being out of town for the holidays, problems with their internet services, etc.; and promised to resolve the situation and send me the product for which they were paid.
Two weeks since that promise and still no resolution!
My advice to you is to stay out of Shakespeare's Den if you expect to receive the product you purchase and anything resembling basic customer service.
They do not keep their promises!!!
